Would you like to explore how you can support neurodivergent learners in the classroom, training workshop or in workplace learning?

Do you need to provide inclusion awareness training to staff?

Are you a smaller provider without a SEND department and need some advice?

Rachel can assist your organisation with a range of support on inclusion needs, from providing staff CPD to creating practitioner advisory packs.

Rachel has delivered staff CPD in neurodiversity to further education staff in the UK and school and college staff internationally. As an ESOL and language specialist, much of this training has been done in the context of English language learning (but not exclusively).*

Staff CPD can be provided online or face-to-face on multiple inclusion topics, including the main learning differences and disabilities typically found in the classroom or workplace. Most sessions can have an additional focus on English, ESOL/EAL or maths learning. The topics provided are:

-
Supporting learners with neurodiversity - an introduction (ranging from a 1-hour taster to half or full day sessions).
-
Supporting learners with Dyslexia (and Dysgraphia).
-
Dyslexia and language learning.
-
Supporting learners with Autism (ASD).
-
Supporting learners with ADHD.
-
Supporting learners with Dyspraxia.
-

-
Coming Autumn 2025 - a fully online course in 'Teaching English to Learners with Dyslexia'.
Additional support services for inclusion include:

-
Providing advisory packs for tutors supporting learners with specific SEND needs.
